VP of Finance
I have been in the Fright Broker Industry for more then twenty years. I make sure every need is met, and have the opportunity to work very closely with our Customer and Carriers. Our environment at Northwest Shippers is amazing – We work hard, but yet have a lot of fun.
In my time away from work, I enjoy getting out in the fresh air. Going for a ride on our Harley, travel, camping, horse shows. My husband and I are huge Seahawk fans and enjoy going to every game. I enjoy spending time with my family and grand kids!
Inside Sales Manager
l have been in the freight brokerage industry for 31 years. Sixteen of those years have been with Northwest Shippers. I specialize in the shipping of machinery and I am a member of the Machinery Dealers National Association. When I am not working I spend a lot of my time outdoors. I enjoy hiking, kayaking, fishing & camping. I love spending time with my family, I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren.
Outside Sales Manager
My personal priorities are faith, family & friends. Just like Northwest Shippers I believe service is the key to life success. My favorite pastimes are fishing, hunting and golf. Fishing is an adventure on the water and I find the beauty of lakes and rivers to be my favorite. Hunting usually consists of hiking in the wilderness with my sons and friends just enjoying the great out—doors. Golf is the sport that tests my brain and drives me the hardest and about the only sport left the body can handle. But playing hard and competing with friends breads long lasting relationships. Perhaps my greatjoy and favorite pastime are the daily walks with my wife as we laugh and share our life’s journey. Northwest Shippers prides itself on customer and carrier relationships, and the importance of building friendships. The people in the metals and shipping industries are second to none and this is what make my career with NSI most fulfilling.
I have been blessed to be invited to be a part of the NW Shippers team in May of 2017. I come with 21 years of experience in this industry. I started with operating a small trucking co of 4 trucks then moved into the Brokerage business. It comes with no regrets. My goal is show the customer I care about the service I provide and with the drivers I want to make sure I have all the information in order to make their job simpler. In my off time my husband and I enjoy walks with our Great Pyrenees, Fishing, camping & being grandparents to our 1 Grandson.
I feel very honored to have been offered a position here at Northwest Shippers that started my adventure here in April of 2018. I have been working freight brokerage for 12 years now, working in Customer Service prior to trucking. This truly is a family oriented environment where everyone works as a team and cares about their customers with tremendous hearts. I love the challenge of my job, and really appreciate how everyone cares that we all succeed as individuals and as a team member. In my personal time, I enjoy cooking for my family, fishing, hunting and sitting around the fire hearing all the great stories. My boyfriend and I enjoy spending time together with my 3 children and his Son.
I am an intern at Northwest Shippers and college senior studying accounting at the University of Washington Tacoma. For the past five years, I have been in charge of maintenance at Northwest Shippers and am now stepping into a different role. Starting this year, I will be helping with bookkeeping and records, putting the accounting skills that I have been learning into practice. I am very grateful for the opportunity that I have had to work at NSI and look forward to the future that awaits me.
