These Terms of Use may be modified by Northwest Shippers Inc. at any time. Such modifications will be effective upon posting. Your continued use will be considered to have agreed to the amended version and bound by its terms.

Eligibility and Representation
You must be at least 18 years of age to become a customer, request an account, or have an account.

Indemnification
You will defend Northwest Shippers Inc, its affiliates, business partners, contractors, clients, service providers, and their respective agents, against any claim, demand, suit or proceeding (“Claim”) made or brought against Northwest Shippers, Inc by a third party that: (1) alleges that the information or data you have provided to Northwest Shippers Inc misappropriates the intellectual property rights of a third party or violates applicable law; or (2) arises out of or related to your breach of this Agreement; or (3) relates to or arises from your use of Northwest Shippers Inc services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
You agree that the laws of the state of Washington govern this Agreement and that courts having exclusive jurisdiction in Kitsap County (Washington State, United States).

Northwest Shippers Inc is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the website. We are not responsible for internet connections, traffic congestion, delay of data transfer, failure of email accounts, compromised data, coding errors causing loss of business/data, a user’s personal computer hardware, software, or for anything out of Stripe Global’s control.
